12-hole cupcake tray
12 cupcake cases
Wooden spoon
Electric mixer
Mixing bowl
Wire cooling rack
Piping bag
Star nozzle

Procedure to Bake
Firstly, preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Secondly, place the cupcake cases on a tray.
Thirdly, mix butter and sugar in a bowl with a wooden spoon or electric beater to make a cream. Beat it until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
Now, add the eggs one by one while beating the mixture.
Add the Baking gluten free flour gradually while beating. Continue beating the mixture until it combines well.
Pour the batter into the cupcake cases and place them in the preheated oven.
Bake for 20-25mints or until golden brown.
Remove the tray from the oven and let the cupcakes get cool.
Prepare the buttercream by adding butter ad icing sugar in a bowl with an electric beater. Beat it until it becomes plain and smooth.
Add a few drops of vanilla essence and a small amount of milk if needed for the thinning of the mixture.
Lastly, adjust the star nozzle with the pipping bag and fill the piping bag with the mixture. Pipe onto your cupcakes and give them a finishing touch.
